Multisoft Group provides dedicated project managers (PM) to every client.
The Project Management team will:
- Will be your main point of contact from inception through to completion
- Work with you to gather all your requirements
- Make suggestions and offer advice based on best practices
- Consult with you on what makes sense whilst thinking of the attendee experience
- Establish timelines, provide staff training and support to you and your team from day one through to your event
- Responsible for managing all registration-related onsite logistics including but not limited to:
- Onsite registration layout and setup
- Badges and holders
- Traffic logistics
- Attendee assistance
